You further agree that you will not:

6.1 Deposits. Players may deposit funds into their Mickey888 Account using any of the Supported Payment Methods available at the time of transaction. Mickey888 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as well as selected cryptocurrencies. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Deposits made via DuitNow and FPX are typically credited to the Player's Account within minutes of transaction confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to the confirmation requirements of the relevant blockchain network and are generally credited upon receipt of sufficient network confirmations.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts under standard conditions. Withdrawal amounts must not exceed the Player's available real-money Balance after any applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

Mickey888 reserves the right to:

• Request additional identity verification (KYC documentation) before processing any withdrawal;

6.3 Currency and Fees. All balances are held and displayed in MYR. Cryptocurrency balances are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Mickey888 endeavours to charge no internal transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals; however, third-party network fees for cryptocurrency transactions are the Player's responsibility.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses offered by mickey888:

• Bonuses are credited to the Player's Account in accordance with the specific eligibility conditions of each promotion, which may include minimum deposit requirements (e.g., RM30 to RM50), specified deposit methods, and time-limited claim windows;

8.1 Casino Games. All slot, table, live dealer, and instant-win games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. Mickey888 does not manipulate game outcomes and does not operate in a manner inconsistent with the published RTP parameters.

8.2 Sports Betting. Sports bets are accepted subject to the odds available at the time the bet is placed. 8.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a game or platform malfunction, all wagers and payouts affected by the malfunction are void. Where a malfunction causes an erroneous payout to be credited to a Player's Account, mickey888 reserves the right to recover the erroneous amount in full.

8.4 Maximum Payout Limits. Individual game maximum single-win payouts apply and are stated within each game's rules. Mickey888 reserves the right to cap and reschedule the payment of exceptionally large winnings in instalments, with advance notice to the Player.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mickey888 platform and constitute serious breaches of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using the platform to launder funds, regardless of source; depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gambling activity; using the platform to process stolen payment credentials.
• Chargebacks: Initiating any payment reversal or chargeback claim with a payment provider in respect of funds deposited to a Mickey888 Account. Where a chargeback is raised, mickey888 will take all available legal measures to recover the disputed amount, and the associated account will be permanently suspended.
• Collusion and cheating: Coordinating play with other players in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage; sharing information during live multiplayer games; any form of chip dumping.
• Use of automated systems: Deploying bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated mechanism to interact with the platform, place bets, or influence game outcomes.
• Exploitation of technical errors: Knowingly continuing to play when a software malfunction is apparent; sharing information about platform vulnerabilities for the purpose of exploiting them.

Where applicable law does not permit the complete exclusion of liability, Mickey888's aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe;
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age;
• Discovery that the Player is a national or resident of a jurisdiction in which the platform's services are prohibited;
• Suspected collusion, use of prohibited software, or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities;

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than fraud or Terms violation, the remaining real-money Balance (net of any outstanding unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable period following satisfactory identity verification.
